(8 or more players) Must give at least 48 hours&#8217; notice before your designated tee times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weather refund policy<\/strong> &#8211; Palm Meadows golf course does not refund online payments unless the golf course is officially closed by the superintendent on the day of play.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>NB: A surcharge applies to all credit\/debit card payments<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>CONFIRMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Successful online bookings will receive an automatic confirmation via email.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">No further confirmation is required.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">The internet booking system is directly linked to the reservation software, and the customer will only be contacted if a Palm Meadows staff member has a query regarding your booking. If a confirmation email is not received, the customer must check that the email entered is correct. Queries, questions or problems with the Palm Meadows Booking System please telephone 07 55942450. The customer is required as proof of booking to provide the reference number or the credit card used to secure the<br \/>\nbooking at the time of registration to the reservations staff.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Palm Meadows reserves the right to alter tee times without notice due to circumstances outside of Palm Meadows\u2019s control. (E.g. lightning, slow play, course renovations).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TEE TIME MODIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Bookings cannot be modified online. Modifications to tee times can be made by calling Golf<br \/>\nReservations on 07 55942450 with a copy of the original confirmation email. No guarantee can be<br \/>\ngiven for the requested date\/time.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Should the customer wish to modify or change their booking to an alternative time or date, contact<br \/>\nmust be made with Palm Meadows 48hrs before the reserved tee time, the customer must speak to<br \/>\nthe Golf Operations Manager or delegated proxy on 07 55942450. The Golf Operations Manager will<br \/>\nconfirm availability of the new tee time date and time and when modifications cannot be processed<br \/>\nimmediately a credit note will be issued.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Should the customer not be able to confirm a re-scheduled tee time, a \u2018credit note\u2019 will be provided.<br \/>\nTo redeem the \u2018credit\u2019 the customer is required to reschedule the tee times at a mutually agreed<br \/>\ntime. Credit notes are issued for TEE TIMES ONLY.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Palm Meadows reserves the right to refuse a \u2018credit note\u2019 should the customer not provide 48 hours\u2019<br \/>\nnotice to a staff member of Palm Meadows<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Should a player of a prepaid group tee time become unable to play, golf reservations must be advised<br \/>\nwithin 48 hours, should 48 hours not be provided, Palm Meadows reserves the right to refuse credit<br \/>\nnote for this non played tee time.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">You must check in at Golf reservations a minimum of 15-20 minutes before your tee time is due to<br \/>\nstart, should you not arrive and register with Golf Reservations you may risk the cancellation of your<br \/>\ntee time, in this event a credit note will not be given.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Balance credit note must be used in full before credit note expiry date, partial credits will not be reissued.<\/li>\n<li>In exceptional circumstances the Golf Operations Manager or delegated proxy may issue refunds.<br \/>\nRefunds will only be paid towards the credit card used to secure the booking. In the event of a refund<br \/>\nthe credit card details must be supplied with the corresponding security pin number.<\/li>\n<li>After the confirmation of credit card details, refunds will be issued within 7 working days.<\/li>\n<li>Palm Meadows reserves the right to remove customers from the course if the rules of Palm Meadows<br \/>\nCourse have not been adhered to. These rules are consistent with the etiquette outlined by the R&amp;A<br \/>\nin the rules of golf and are monitored by golf operations staff.<\/li>\n<li>All patrons utilising the Palm Meadows golf courses do so under the instruction of the golf operations<br \/>\nstaff.
